Portable wheel scales boast a low-profile design, allowing loaded trucks to drive onto them for axle-by-axle weighing. These scales are ultra-lightweight and mobile compared to other options, making them a significant asset when remaining agile is key. While portable wheel scales can’t be used for legal-for-trade activities, these industrial truck scales are still useful for general weighing applications.

Onboard Weighing Systems
Onboard weighing systems are tailored or built directly onto trucks themselves. These industrial truck scales are usually installed around the suspension or axles, where the load can be weighed gradually. One of the biggest advantages of these truck scales is the ease of use and the quick weighing process. These scales don’t need to be placed at a location with a flat foundation. But unlike other industrial truck scales, these onboard scales can’t be shared between fleet vehicles, only on the one it’s been installed on.
